About The Gauteng Department of Roads and Transport

The Gauteng Department of Roads and Transport is a department of the Government of Gauteng. It is responsible for the development of the transport system in the Gauteng province of South Africa, and for constructing and maintaining buildings and other structures for the other departments of the provincial government. The vision of the Gauteng Department of Roads and Transport is a modern, integrated, efficient and sustainable transport and road infrastructure system in Gauteng. Its mission is to facilitate and provide an integrated transport system that is reliable, accessible, safe and affordable; offers seamless mobility; is environmentally sustainable; and supports industrialisation and radical socio-economic transformation. Package: Monthly Stipend R5920.62-R7620.68. Successful applicants will be expected to enter into a twenty-four (24) months contract.
