• Interpret medical records, explain clinical concepts in simple terms, and provide technical advice to stakeholders.
• Support GapOnly claims and audit high-value claims when needed.
• Collaborate with a passionate team to continuously improve the customer experience.

Minimum Requirements

• BVSc Degree
• SAVC Registration
• Updated CPD Points
• Strong clinical and diagnostic skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
