Responsibilities
JOB DESCRIPTION
- Conduct thorough validation checks on POI
- Update SharePoint status
- Complete application update in Alpha (incl. Memo)
- Refer to forensics where applicable
- Follow the correct “on hold” process
- Ensure that the application is restarted
- Make sure that all missing/ required information is updated accurately
- Ensure that the necessary notes are made
- Select the correct disposition code
- Capture all details accurately
- Verify that store indicated proof of income
- Income documents noted for applicable period
- Annual Income to be captured accurately
- Confirm with management to validate proof of income
- Ensure that the necessary notes are made as per income verifier
Qualifications & Experience
- Grade 12 (Matric)
- 1 year Call Centre Experience
