Responsibilities

JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Conduct thorough validation checks on POI
  • Update SharePoint status
  • Complete application update in Alpha (incl. Memo)
  • Refer to forensics where applicable
  • Follow the correct “on hold” process
  • Ensure that the application is restarted
  • Make sure that all missing/ required information is updated accurately
  • Ensure that the necessary notes are made
  • Select the correct disposition code
  • Capture all details accurately
  • Verify that store indicated proof of income
  • Income documents noted for applicable period
  • Annual Income to be captured accurately
  • Confirm with management to validate proof of income
  • Ensure that the necessary notes are made as per income verifier

Qualifications & Experience

  • Grade 12 (Matric)
  • 1 year Call Centre Experience
