About the WIIP
The wind industry is rapidly expanding, bringing with it a wealth of diverse career opportunities. The WIIP is designed to help young graduates bridge the gap between academic studies and full-time employment. In 2025, SAWEA plans to place 30 interns across its member organizations, offering participants an invaluable eight-month practical experience. This structured program will prepare graduates for success in the renewable energy sector, equipping them with the skills and knowledge needed to excel.
