Overview:
- A leading and “disruptive” insurance company is seeking a Marketing Specialist to join their dynamic team in George, Western Cape. This role presents an excellent chance to work in the beautiful Garden Route while developing your career in a rapidly expanding sector. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in channel marketing, partnership development, and strategic campaign execution.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Act as a marketing consultant to multiple niche insurance channels, including direct, partner, and client networks
- Develop and execute strategic marketing plans aligned with channel objectives
- Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Create and present compelling marketing proposals
- Develop and manage account-specific action plans
- Supervise co-marketing activities with partners and vendor agencies
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics
- Establish service level standards across Network, Support, and Solutions divisions
- Implement data-driven marketing strategies to drive demand and growth
- Conduct competitive analysis and identify market opportunities
Requirements:
- Marketing Diploma / Degree or relevant tertiary qualification
- Proven experience in Partner/Channel/Distributor marketing
- Strong background in digital marketing strategy and execution
