Grindrod Logistics (Pty) Ltd is offering a challenging opportunity for self-motivated and innovative individuals to join their team through a Fixed-Term Contract for 12 months. Below are the key details of the position:

Position Overview:

  • Contract Type: Fixed-term contract
  • Duration: 12 months

Remuneration:

  • A monthly stipend will be provided to successful candidates.
  • Shortlisted candidates will be contacted for interviews and provided with more details about the WEGP (Work Experience Graduate Program) at Grindrod.

Duties and Responsibilities:

The successful candidate will engage in a variety of tasks, including:

  • Practical Experience: Gain hands-on experience in different functional areas of the business.

  • Innovation & Improvement: Collaborate with teams to drive innovation and continuous improvement.

Requirements:

Grindrod Logistics is looking for candidates who meet the following criteria:

  • Academic Excellence: Recent graduates with a bachelor’s degree in Finance, Human Resources, Supply Chain Management, or SHERQ.
  • Documentation: Applicants must submit a CV, academic record, and matric certificate.
  • Teamwork and Communication: Ability to thrive in collaborative environments and communicate effectively.
  • Problem-Solving: A creative and solution-oriented approach to challenges.
