Key Responsibility Areas | • Co-ordinates specific procedures associated with the administration and the processing of specific documentation. • Co-ordinates the implementation of procedures, systems and controls related to the receiving, updating and recording of transactional / operational information and activities associated with Security Contracts. • Assesses the financial requirements and recommendations in respect of advertised security tenders and captures accordingly. • Calculates wage determination increases due to companies. • Conducts inspections of contracted security companies in respect of wage issues and other related costs. • Scrutinizes invoices submitted by security companies and reconciles with actual deployment of security officers and/ or related personnel. • Prepares payment to security companies. • Attends to queries / complaints / requests • Processes all credit recoveries. • Scrutinizes daily deficiency reports, incident and investigates any irregular invoicing or over expenditure. • Extracts specific security management reports and forwards to relevant departments. • Supervision and control of subordinates. • Develops and maintains a filing and index system. • Undertakes typing of correspondence, faxing, photocopying and organizing of stationery for the Section. • Attends departmental meetings, records discussions and, prepares and circulates minutes. |

Essential Requirements | • Grade 12 (NQF Level 4) or equivalent and an Administrative Certificate. • Valid motor vehicle driving license. • 3 years relevant experience of which 1 year must be at a supervisory level. • Computer Literacy. |
Preferred Requirements | • Diploma (NQF Level 6) or equivalent in the Administrative field. • 4 years relevant experience of which 2 years must be at a supervisory level |
