The Financial Services Advisory (FSA) graduate program is designed for graduates seeking to operate (and disrupt) as technologists within the Financial Services industry. The program entails extensive exposure to blue-chip clients and their management (both locally and globally) emerging trends in the technology space along with their governance and management, and a wealth of industry-leading insights and knowledge.

Requirements:
University graduate or in their final year of study in: (BCom / BSc / BBSc) or post-graduate degree, specialising in any of the following relevant fields:
- Information Systems/ Informatics;
- Information Technology;
- Actuarial Science;
- Computer Science
- Data Science / Analytics;
- Mathematical Sciences / Statistics;
- (Applied/Financial) Mathematics;
- Quantitative Risk Management;
- (Applied) Statistics or
The intention to pursue a professional qualification (CFA / FRM / PRM / FIA / FASSA) is advantageous.
Additional skills that would be advantageous:
- Computer Literacy: Office 360 tools.
- Experience in C#, Python, R, or SAS.
- Internal audit.
