ArcelorMittal South Africa is offering Production Learnerships for individuals who hold a Grade 12 qualification with good marks in Mathematics and/or Maths Literacy and English. The program aims to train individuals as Process Operators focusing on the steel manufacturing process. This structured learnership includes both institutional and on-the-job training, with regular assessments to monitor progress.
Duration: Contractual training agreement

Minimum Requirements:
- Grade 12 Certificate with English, Mathematics or Maths Literacy (Physical Science is advantageous).
- A team player with the ability to work independently.
- Self-motivated, driven, and agile thinker.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- An aptitude for engineering
