Main Responsibilities:
- Support HR processes, data analysis, and decision-making with reports and analytics.
- Assist in recruitment, onboarding, and talent management processes.
- Support employee relations, compensation and benefits, and staff movement procedures.
- Manage employment contracts and assist with change management processes.
- Ensure compliance with HR standards, policies, and processes.
Requirements:
- Education: Grade 12 / Matric and a Bachelor’s degree in HR or equivalent.
- Experience: 0-1 years of experience.
This position offers foundational HR skills, and the successful candidate will gain valuable exposure to HR operations and employee support services.
