CSA (Cricket South Africa/Company) is the national governing body for the sport of cricket in South Africa and administers all aspects of South African cricket.
Main Purpose of the Job
- To participate in a 24-month program, as an HR Intern
Key Performance Areas:
- Assist in projects that have a real impact, from assessing organizational needs to improving processes or collaborating directly with key functions. You’ll develop a deep understanding in areas like Employee engagement, Benefits & compensation, Recruitment & training
Skills & Qualification:
- Exceptional MS Excel and Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite ( Word, PowerPoint)
- Ability to assimilate and summarize information
- Pay attention to detail & accuracy
- Ability to interact and communicate effectively both orally and in written correspondence/Reports
- Completed degree in HR, Business, or related field (Postgraduate qualification is a plus)
- Demonstrates personal accountability and urgency in completing assignments and achieving results
- Ability to research and use AI tools
- Self-motivated and high level of initiative
- Positive attitude with a passion for fast-paced environments
