Qualification and Experience:
- Grade 12 / equivalent thereof
- 3 – 5 years car rental experience
- 1 – 2 years management experience
- Has a good command of the English language, both verbal and written
- Computer literate.
- Familiar with the field’s concepts, practices and procedures.
- Management of personnel resources.
- Be able to instruct and monitor the tasks of employees
- Administration and management.
General Duties
- Vehicle quality check
- Branch image, Signage
- Branch cleanliness
- Checking of RA’s, Addresses, ID numbers, etc
- Scanning of RA’s
- Answer emails/queries within 48 hours
- Check and manage branch operation cost
- Check and correct financials/ income statement on a monthly basis
- Set branch targets for Staff and Branch Manager incentives (KPI’s)
