Drama has once again hit the Amapiano industry, as two of its biggest stars, Kabza De Small and DJ Maphorisa, have reportedly unfollowed each other on Instagram. The news quickly went viral, sparking speculation about a possible fallout between the Scorpion Kings duo.
The drama began when fans noticed that both artists were no longer following each other on Instagram. Adding to the speculation, DJ Maphorisa also deleted pictures of himself and Kabza from his page.
The news was first reported by @PianoConnectSA on Twitter (X), with the post reading:
“DJ Maphorisa and Kabza De Small have unfollowed each other on Instagram.”
This revelation left Amapiano fans stunned, especially since the duo has been at the forefront of the genre, delivering multiple hit projects together.
The Amapiano community was shocked and divided over the news. Some fans speculated that the two might be going their separate ways musically, while others believed it could be a publicity stunt for an upcoming project.
One fan tweeted:
