Learnership program is to offer unemployed individuals the opportunity to learn and develop within the Retail environment. Skills are acquired through a learning period and are developed through practical experience and a blended learning approach
Requirements
- A positive attitude and a strong work ethic.
- Unemployed individuals only
- Grade 12 / NQF 4
- Competent in Afrikaans and English
- Previous retail experience is a plus
- Strong leadership and management skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Competent in basic Mathematics
- Computer literate in MS Office
- Constantly adding value to the business
- A passion for Retail and agriculture
- Ability to work in outdoor environments and physical conditions.
- Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to follow instructions and work under supervision.
